If parameter P is more than 50, (speed deviation biotransformation of fluphenazine by 50 % and higher) is recommended to replace the drug. At parameter P value in interval (-50;0) (speed deceleration biotransformation of fluphenazine less than by 50 %) recommendation is given on dose reduction.
