Unit of internal combustion engine includes oil pump (150) with drive shank (167) and several fitted bolts (180). Drive shank is made with possibility of engagement with balancing shaft (160) inside completely closed support structure (168). Drive shank is made with possibility of rigid engagement and rotation with balancing shaft. Fitted bolts fix and center the oil pump on frame (105) of the engine block. In fact, the flat surface of the oil pump is in direct contact with the substantially flat surface of the engine block of the engine cylinders. Several bolts are fitted into oil pump and cylinder block frame in direction perpendicular to balancing shaft. Disclosed is an internal combustion engine assembly and a method of extracting an oil pump from an internal combustion engine assembly.;EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of centralized and rigid connection of oil pump with engine frame, which allows extraction of oil pump without removal of other elements.;16 cl, 9 dwg
