FIELD: electrical communication engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of using a leased environment with a server platform, which coordinates execution of elementary tasks, with potential impact on a participant of the leased environment. Server platform allocates a temporary frame to a specific participant of the leased medium, within which the party of the leased environment can itself authorize the initiation of each of the one or more tasks. Server platform can protect itself against delayed action by imposing time constraints on the time frame, so that after the time frame expires, the participant of the leased environment no longer controls triggering of the specific task.;EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of flexibility in control of task initiation performed by means of server platform supporting level of control, providing protection of resources and balance of needs of various participants of rented medium.;23 cl, 5 dwg
