FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used to assess participation of autonomous nervous system (ANS) in the genesis of ventricular arrhythmia (VA) caused by psychoemotional factors in patients without a structural pathology of the heart. Mental tests (MT) are carried out: a mental Stroop test (MST), an anger return (AR), an arithmetic count (AC), a conversation on the disease (CD). If observing the decrease or disappearance of ventricular ectopic complexes (VEC) in at least one of the tests, as well as the increase or appearance of the VEC when performing the AC and/or CD tests, the increase in ANS parasympathetic activity is stated. If VEC appears or increases in the AR test, an increase in ANS sympathetic activity is judged.
