FIELD: biochemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a biologically active biopolymer matrix (BPM) for use in medicine, food industry and agriculture. Matrix is based on chitosan succinate (3.0–5.0 wt%), succinic anhydride (2.0–4.0 wt%), arabinogalactan (15.0–20.0 wt%) and covalently associated with it dihydroquercetin (3–5 wt%). BPM production is based on two-phase mechanochemical activation of initial components, as a result of which, at the first stage, chitosan succinate is obtained when it is crosslinked with succinic anhydride, and at second – modification of arabinogalactan with chitosan succinate by mixing solid substances at molecular level and formation of solid-phase target product.;EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining safe BPM with high complexing ability, bioavailability, hydrophilicity with respect to hardly soluble in water various compounds and chemical elements, high penetrating power, having a complex of therapeutic and preventive properties (antioxidant, actoprotective, radioprotective and antiseptic).;4 cl, 3 dwg, 4 tbl, 2 ex
