Method involves measuring anthropometric values. In the examined woman in gestation to 9–10 weeks using anthropometric indicators, calculating fat mass and muscular body weight, method includes determining a somatotype by R.N. Dorokhov method, finding out a history of endometritis after childbirth or abortions, according to the obtained data, a percentage probability of developing postpartum endometritis in a specific patient is calculated, result is 60 to 100 % predicting a high risk of postpartum endometritis.;EFFECT: providing individual prediction of risk of postpartum endometritis in females of different somatotypes.;1 cl, 2 tbl, 1 dwg
