METHOD OF PHOTOCHEMOTHERAPY OF VITILIGO

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology, and can be used for vitiligo photochemotherapy. That is ensured by applying an application on a skin surface of a photosensitizing agent, selecting an agent based on submicron porous calcium carbonate particles with size of less than 1.5 mcm, containing active substance Ammi of large fruits of a furocoumarin in form of an alcohol suspension in dose of 15–20 mg of particles/cm². After that, exposure to long-wave ultraviolet ultrasonic irradiation with intensity of not more than 1 W/cm² for 1–4 minutes. That is followed by irradiation with long-wave ultraviolet (UVA) for a time corresponding to 1/4–1/3 of the minimal erythmic dose of UVA, not exceeding 1/2 of the minimum erythritic dose of UFA. Photochemotherapy is performed in the form of repeated courses consisting of 10 procedures with frequency once a week, with interval of 50 days. That is combined with an ultraviolet irradiation session without a photosensitizing agent once a week.;EFFECT: method provides formation of repigmentation centers when optimizing a therapeutic regimen by targeted therapeutically accurate delivery of the active substance, reduced duration of ultraviolet irradiation, number of procedures.;1 cl, 31 dwg, 9 ex
