FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely pharmacology and toxicology, and can be used to determine N-[3-(4-nitrophenylamino)-indol-2-ylmethylene]aminoguanidine methanesulphonate in blood plasma. For this purpose, the sample is extracted with acetonitrile with addition of sodium chloride. Then, the preparation is quantitatively determined by high-performance liquid chromatography on a ProntoSIL column, 75x2.0 mm, 5 mcm in a gradient elution mode, 0.2 M lithium perchlorate solution in 0.005 M chloric acid solution is used as the mobile phase A of the mixture, acetonitrile is used as mobile phase B with subsequent UV detection at wavelength of 330 nm.;EFFECT: invention provides quantitative determination of N-[3-(4-nitrophenylamino)-indol-2-ylmethylene]aminoguanidine methanesulphonate in biological media.;1 cl, 1 dwg, 6 tbl, 2 ex
