In both versions, a proton beam is passed through a step test object or a set of test objects of different thickness, selected in accordance with the geometry of the survey object, wherein selection of thickness difference of test object is carried out depending on thickness or thicknesses of different areas of survey object and conditions of change of image blurring with drop of weight thickness within range of 5–30 g/cm2.
