FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for performing triple pelvic osteotomy for restoration of sagittal spine-pelvic balance and prevention of femoro-acetabular impingement syndrome in children with dysplastic subluxation of hip. Osteotomy of iliac, pubic and ischial bone is performed. Iliac osteotomy is performed horizontally. Acetabular fragment is rotated outwards – anteriorly – downwards and transmitted backwards with filling the iliac diastase with an autograft obtained by resection of a part of the acetabular component and fixing the required position of the bone fragments with metal structures.;EFFECT: method enables providing the hip joint stability, minimizing the progression of femoro-acetabular impingement syndrome.;1 cl, 3 dwg
