FIELD: printing equipment.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for protection against counterfeiting by means of printing ink. On the edges of the printing ink on code (4) and/or product logo (5), tiny denticles (6) are randomly created and these denticles (6) are photographed close-up with maximum approximation of the lens. Information on characteristic features of denticles (6) on edges of printing ink, obtained by photographing, is stored in a database of a recognition system connected to the network and designed to counter counterfeit.
