FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Design of an orthodontic implant, used by implanting it into a bone inside the oral cavity, comprises a first screw, an attachment accessory for the plate, a second screw and a base plate in the form of a tape. First screw has a section of the first head and a rod of the first screw protruding from the section of the first head. Section of the first head has a section of engagement, where a thread is formed. Rod of the first screw is intended for implantation into a bone. Accessory for the plate attachment can be screwed into the thread. Second screw has a section of the second head and a rod of the second screw protruding from the section of the second head. Rod of the second screw is intended for implantation into bone. Base plate has a first surface located so that it faces the bone, and a second surface located on the opposite side from the first surface. In the base plate, the first fastening hole and the second attachment hole are formed in the line along the longitudinal direction. Engagement section is configured to engage with the first attachment hole on the side of the first surface. Second screw can be inserted into the second fastening hole on the side of the second surface, in which the section of the second head of the second screw is fixed on the side of the second surface. Base plate is supported in the direction from the first surface to the second surface not with a bone, but with the first screw. Base plate is supported in direction from second surface to first surface by second screw. Fixture of the orthodontic implant is intended for the mediated attachment to a bone by means of the first screw, accessories for fastening of a plate and the second screw, thus the fixator of an orthodontic implant has a basic plate.;EFFECT: invention provides higher effectiveness of orthodontic treatment.;6 cl, 20 dwg
