Radio buoys are made in the form of a system of hydroacoustic sensors connected to a unit for converting the amplitude of a hydroacoustic wave into a delay time signal, microprocessors comprising a storage device and a synchronization system, wherein the radio buoys coordinates calculating unit is a distributed relief-symmetric correlation-extremal navigation system.
