FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to roentgenology and dentistry, and can be used to determine a degree of morphological disorders of a musculoarticular apparatus of temporomandibular joints (TMJ), arisen against the background of prolonged existence of muscular-tonic syndrome in patients with musculo-articular dysfunction (MAD) of TMJ by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Method for determining a degree of morphological disorders of a musculoarticular apparatus of TMJ of a long-term musculo-tonic syndrome in the patients with a long-term MAD of TMJ consists in performing a magnetic-resonance tomography of the mastication muscles (MM) morphometry and the stage of the TMJ osteoarthrosis, the degree of the TMJ joint disc displacement, the m.pterygoideus lateralis, m.masseter detection in the MM, characterized by the presence of linear seals, their thickness, length and localization, as well as detecting asymmetry of the above muscles, wherein to detect the asymmetry of these muscles, the morphometry of the upper and lower heads of m.pterygoideus lateralis, m.masseter is carried out along a median coronal section of these muscles, and absence of magnetic resonance signs of osteoarthrosis of the TMJ are assigned 0 points, initial stage of osteoarthrosis, I stage – 1 point, moderate stage of osteoarthrosis, II stage – 2 points, expressed stage of osteoarthrosis, III stage – 5 points; absence of displacement of the articular disc of the TMJ is assigned with 0 points, partial displacement of the articular disc with correction – 1 point, its complete displacement with correction – 2 points, complete displacement of disc without correction – 5 points; presence in m.pterygoideus lateralis, m.masseter up to three seals with thickness 1 mm, length 10 mm, with localization in area of tendon-muscular transition is assigned 0 points; presence of up to three seals with thickness 1 mm, length ≥10 mm, with localization in the area of tendon-muscle transition with spreading to middle third of MM m.pterygoideus lateralis, m.masseter – 1 point; presence of ≥4 seals with thickness 1 mm, length ≥10 mm, with localization in a tendomuscular junction with spreading to the middle third of MM m.pterygoideus lateralis, m.masseter – 2 points; presence of 4 seals with thickness ≥1 mm, length ≥10 mm, with localization in tendon-muscular junction with spreading to middle third of MM m.pterygoideus lateralis, m.masseter – 5 points; asymmetry of MM m.pterygoideus lateralis, m.masseter 3 mm is assigned 0 points, asymmetries of the same muscles ≥3 mm are assigned 2 points, with subsequent summation of the obtained scores of the indices and determination of the morphological disturbance indices (MDI) of the TMJ, as well as the MDI of the MM m.pterygoideus lateralis, m.masseter, which occurred with the background of the prolonged existence of the muscular-tonic syndrome in the patients with the MAD of the TMJ and the MDI of the TMJ equal to 1-2 points, light or 1 degree of the morphological disorders of the TMJ is determined; with the MDI of the TMJ equal to 3-4 points is used to define middle or 2 degree; with the MDJ of the TMJ equal to 5–10 points, severe or 3 degree of the morphological disturbances of the TMJ is determined; with MDI of the MM m.pterygoideus lateralis, m.masseter, arisen against a background of prolonged existence of muscular-tonic syndrome in the patients with MAD of the TMJ equal to 1-2 points, light or 1 degree of the above morphological disorders of these muscles, with MDI of the same muscles equal to 3–5 points, determining middle or 2 degree, with the MDI of these muscles equal to 6–12 points, determining severe or 3 degree of the above morphological disturbances of the MM m.pterygoideus lateralis, m.masseter, with subsequent determination of MDI of the TMJ musculo-articular apparatus, arisen against the background of prolonged existence of muscular-tonic syndrome in the patients with MAD of the TMJ by formula: MDI of the musculo-articular apparatus of the TMJ caused by prolonged existence of muscular-tonic syndrome in the patients with the MAD of the TMJ=MDI of the TMJ+MDI of the MM m.pterygoideus lateralis, m.masseter, arisen against the background of prolonged existence of the muscular-tonic syndrome in the patients with the MAD of the TMJ, and with the above MDI of the TMJ musculo-articular apparatus equal to 1–4 points, light or 1 degree of the morphological disorders of the musculo-articular apparatus of the TMJ are detected, with the background of a prolonged existence of the muscular-tonic syndrome in the patients with the MAD of the TMJ; at the above index of 5–9 points, determining average or 2 degree, at the same index, which is equal to 10–22 points, severe or 3 degree of the morphological disorders of the musculo-articular apparatus of the TMJ occurred with the background of prolonged existence of muscular-tonic syndrome in the patients with MAD of TMJ.;EFFECT: use of the invention enables determining the degree of morphological disorders of the musculo-articular apparatus of the TMJ caused by prolonged existence of muscular-tonic syndrome in the patients with the MAD of the TMJ.;1 cl, 3 tbl
