FIELD: aviation.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly to means of determining stiffness characteristics of blades in order to compare stiffness of rotor blades of helicopters or rudders of helicopters in plane of thrust during batch production in compliance with specifications in aircraft engineering. Device comprises rigid post, fixed in floor, in which loading device is built, consisting of screw pair, lever, fixed on outer diameter of force torque meter, which transmits, through the blade root bushing, torque, bending blade in thrust plane, and the second blade, which is adjustable for different in lengths, for the tail part of the blade, which holds the blade in a constant position, with the lodgment for the last tail compartment of the blade, with rollers rolling on the guides during bending and changing the blade length and counteracting the force from the bending moment in the plane of the blade.;EFFECT: possibility of comparing and installing several groups of stiffness of blades to form a set on a helicopter, providing single-piece interchangeability of blades, improved characteristics of conicity of blades on ground and in flight, reduction of dynamic unbalance of set of blades, increase of level of flutter stability of blades, reduction of helicopter vibration level, reduction of number of control flights in blades finishing, increase of resource of afterboard part of helicopter control.;1 cl, 1 dwg
