PURPOSE: A solenoid valve for a brake system and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to fix the solenoid valve in the modulator block without a separate connecting member by placing the flange on the modulator block and pressing the flange.;CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve for a brake system comprises a valve core(50), a sleeve(30) in which the valve core is inserted, an armature(40), a seat portion(20) with an orifice(21), a return spring(45) which presses the armature toward the orifice, a filter element(70) which is press-fitted in the modulator block, and a seat housing(80) which is press-fitted in the filter element on one side and in the sleeve on the other.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
