The motor (5) has bypassing units and a generator (8) e.g. voltage generator, which are connected between a fixed electrode structure and a movable electrode structure. The generator is provided for cyclically charging the electrode structures when the movable electrode structure is in a rest position. The generator stops loading of the electrode structures when the generator carries out activating cycle of the motor with sufficient speed, before the movable electrode structure attains a complete displacement position.
