An impact body having an open core, comprising: a core (1); a skin (2) located on the core (1) with a molding space (21) therebetween; a foaming layer (3) formed as a foam by injecting a foam liquid (31) into the forming space (21); anda foam tape (4) for preventing the foam liquid (31) from overflowing, the skin (2) comprising: a body portion (23); and a distal end (25) extending from the body portion (23) parallel to the core (1), the core (1) having a projection (11) projecting toward the skin (2) and being formed where Core (1) and the distal end (25) are in contact, and wherein the distal end (25) has a weakened portion (251) from an outer side, where the distal end (25) with the projection (11) in contact stands, is recessed, and the distal end (25) is removably mounted together with the foam tape (4).
