The invention relates to antifungal preparations in solution in gamma-butyrolactone useful for the local treatment of onychomycosis. The therapeutic effect can be enhanced by the keratolytic action of salicylic acid and which can be advantageously made viscous, gelled or film-forming, with or without coloration.
