The self-propelled shot-peening machine combined with scarifier, for the treatment of surfaces of asphalt, concrete or metal conglomerate coatings, in particular for highways and airport runways, consists of a shot-peening unit (A – A), of a unit of suction, filtering, separation and storage (B – B), and a scarifier unit (C – C) coupled together. A command and control unit with integrated system software managed by a digital programmable logic controller, PLC, allows complete control of the machine and the realization of the entire process, otherwise not possible. It was created to solve the problem of removing new types of drip and lamella signs, with subsequent regeneration of the macro and micro roughness of the road surface, while simultaneously subjecting the surface to be treated to two treatments - milling and shot peening - in a single pass, for adapt to the road profile and ensure that only the protruding part of the road markings is removed, in order to subsequently regenerate the wheel, the same surface, roughness and micro-roughness, considerably reducing the critical factor of processing time, eliminating the possibility of error in the application of the treatment, allowing to reduce the personnel involved, at the same time increasing the quality and productivity of the manufacturing process. It also solves the problem of recycling the grit in the face of its overheating by bonding the rubbery bituminous materials and the like, carrying out their removal by the passage for its final decontamination from the bituminous residues adhering to it in a further subsequent intercooler screen, to avoid its deformation and ovalization for its correct recycling and reuse.
