There is provided a full laser patterning process for a solar cell module on a flexible stainless steel substrate, comprising: sequentially forming an insulating layer and a molybdenum layer on a flexible stainless steel substrate; Performing patterning on the fabricated insulating layer and molybdenum layer using a laser 1 to form a first patterned line (P1); Producing, on the molybdenum layer on which patterning of P1 is completed, the following layers: a copper-indium-gallium-selenium layer, a cadmium sulfide layer and an intrinsic zinc oxide layer, and performing patterning using a laser 2 after producing the above Layers to form a second structured line (P2), wherein the structured line P2 is parallel to the structured line P1; and manufacturing, on the zinc oxide intrinsic layer on which patterning of P2 is completed, an aluminum-doped zinc oxide layer, and performing patterning using a laser 3 to form a third patterned line (P3), the patterned line P3 being parallel to the structured line P1. The invention can avoid defects of screen printing such as large dead area, expensive slurry used in screen printing, and frequent replacement of printing screen, thereby improving component efficiency and device stability, and achieving the purpose of cost reduction and improvement of production efficiency.
