The invention relates to a device for light treatment of diseased internal organs, which has a source of yellow light, optical fiber cable and a sensor mini-nanomicroscope, wherein as a source of yellow light in front of the entrance of a connecting head, a halogen lamp with a power of 150 watts with a light glass filter 19 and the sensor mini-nanomicroscope is made in the form of two glass plates placed one above the other with an offset of up to 5 mm and with the formation of a gap between them of up to 7 μm, further comprising the sensor mini-microscope. Nanoscopic microscope and the light guide cable are mounted on opposite ends of an electrically insulating tube and the distance between the end-side emitting end of the optical fiber cable and the sensor mini-nanomicroscope is 25 - 30 mm.
