The present invention relates to a connection unit for a blood treatment machine for connecting the blood treatment machine to an external container with a machine-side line which is adapted to be fluidly connected to the blood treatment machine, a container-side conduit which is adapted to be fluidically connected to the container and a fixedly connected to the machine-side pipe and the container-side pipe attachment, which is adapted to be detachably mounted on a connection piece of the external container to fluidly connect the external container with the blood treatment machine; and a blood treatment machine having such a terminal unit.
