Embodiments of the present disclosure include a device. The device includes a power supply line, a detection circuit coupled to the power supply line, and a sink circuit. The detection circuit is configured to detect a voltage level of the power supply line. The leakage circuit is configured so that a remaining charge present on a capacitor is dissipated when the voltage level reaches a threshold voltage of the device. The threshold voltage of the device results from an arrangement connected to the device.
