A side sill outer panel (21) and a side sill panel (22) form a structure with a closed cross-section. A front end of a side sill (20) is located on a rear side of a front tire-wheel unit (70) on a front side of a vehicle and spaced therefrom. The side sill (20) extends to the rear. A front end portion of an outer reinforcement (25) is located rearward from front end portions of both the side sill outer panel (21) and the side sill inner panel (22).
