Device comprising a first sub-device (1) and a second sub-device (2) different therefrom, the device comprising (a) gentle, (b) simultaneous, (c) uniform, (d) bubble-free, (e) complete, (f) sterile and (g) efficient, removal or addition of liquid (s) (eg cell suspensions, media, buffers or reagents) from or in microtiter plates of any well number without the use of multichannel pipettes or robotic systems but using simple hand pipettes so that all operations except centrifugation can be carried out under sterile conditions using a commercial cell culture sterile workbench.
