Mattress (10), comprising: at least one first mattress element (30) having a first contact surface (34) and an oppositely disposed first outer surface (32) which is formed as a first lying surface for a user; and at least one second mattress element (40) having a second contact surface (44) and an opposing second outer surface (42) formed as a second surface for a user to wear; wherein the first mattress element (30) and the second mattress element (40) are stacked in such a way that the first contact surface (34) of the first mattress element (30) and the second contact surface (44) of the second mattress element (40) at least partially in touching contact with each other ; the mattress having at least one head support region (20a, 20b) for supporting a head, at least one neck support region (22a, 22b) for supporting a neck, at least one shoulder support region (24a, 24b) for supporting shoulders, at least one lordosis support region (26a, 26b) for supporting at least a portion of a spine and at least one pelvic support portion (28a, 28b) for supporting a user's pelvis; wherein the first mattress element (30) on the first outer surface (32) and the second mattress element (40) on the second outer surface (42) at least partially mutually different profiles (50, 46); and wherein at least one of the first contact surface (34) and the second contact surface (44) has a serrated and / or tooth-shaped profile (36) at least in a partial region.
