New Budget Supplier,a major body,a water tank and a fan,which are arranged within the main body,and a wiper on the underside of the main body,marked by it,that the water tank is equipped with a flow channel,which is connected to the wiper,where an air hole is provided in the upper part of the water tank,whose surface is covered with a valve body,where the valve body and the fan are connected via a pipe,when operating the fan, the valve body is moved upwards and thus the airhole is opened,where a rotary motor is fixed inside the main body and a drive wheel is moveable on the lower side of the main body,and where the drive wheel and the rotary motor are connected by a cogwheel housing assembly,which can generate a relative rotation.
