The present invention relates to a particular extract of Helichrysum italicum, which can be obtained by extracting the aerial parts of the plant by means of deep eutectic solvents. This extract is characterized by the presence of flavonol heterosides whose ring B is dihydroxylated. The invention also relates to a cosmetic composition containing this extract and its uses, especially in the treatment of cutaneous signs of aging.
