The invention relates to an improved method of digital agriculture, for increasing the productivity of an agricultural parcel (P) vis-à-vis a plant variety of a given species, by improving the density of sowing. This method essentially consists of: - collecting data on P ,; -b- to process / transform these data to group them on P; -c- to break down P the clusters obtained in (b), into different management zones (Zg) and to classify these (x) different zones (Zg) into (i) different classes Ck (i = positive integer), by automatic classification statistics; -e- to determine an Adimensional Productivity Index (IPA) for each of the Ck classes; -f-to set a Potential of Yield over P (PRP); -g- to calculate, from the IPA obtained in step (e) and the PRP obtained in step (f) the yield potential (PR) of the species in question, for (Zg); -h-to determine a Seed Density (DS), for the variety of the plant species considered and for each of the classes Ck, from a relation DS = f (PR), f having constants obtained on the basis of growth simulations produced from an ecophysiological model; to produce at least one card of P on which the DS are reported as well as for the (Zg); -j-to sow on P according to this map.
