The object of the invention is a process for the simultaneous extraction of at least one lipophilic molecule and at least one polyphenolic compound from Pseudotsuga menziesii, comprising at least one step of extraction by percolation diffusion of a solvent under pressure in a fixed bed reactor made from a raw material derived from Pseudotsuga menziesii. The invention also relates to the concentrate obtained during the implementation of the process, as well as the extracts obtained and their uses.
