Processes and computer systems realizing, writing and communicating legal referenced and objective analyzes concluding with a legal opinion and possibly advice to a user. Current IT systems and processes do not allow for the production of legal consultations without linking the user to a legal practitioner. The invention makes it possible to remedy this deficiency by proposing to the user to choose a theme and to determine the problem on which he wishes to obtain a legal analysis. Once this problem is determined, the invention collects, through interactive forms or questionnaires, all the relevant information enabling computer systems and processes to perform, write and communicate the legal analysis to the user. The computer systems and methods execute the processes for combining alphanumeric data or any other symbol stored on a data storage space to produce a legal consultation for the user, regardless of the writing medium. The combination (s) of the written data are performed by the computer systems and methods according to rules or algorithms encoded in a computer programming language. The realization, the drafting and the communication of the legal analysis do not require or the connection with a legal practitioner. The methods and computer systems of the invention are particularly intended for lawyers wishing to automate the production and drafting of legal consultations for their clients.
