It is proposed an integrated panel (11) with honeycomb structure, optimized manufacturing and sufficiently rigid despite the presence of a through hole (16). This makes it possible to avoid weighing down a vehicle incorporating this panel and the rigidity of a rear floor can be improved. The panel comprises a honeycomb element (12) having a moisture absorbing material and having honeycomb cells (13), and two mesh elements (14) each covering one face of the element (12). The panel (11) has a through-hole (16) continuously penetrating through the honeycomb element (12) and the mesh elements (14, 15), and a coating made of the same material resin is applied to cover a circumferential portion (16a) of the through-hole (16), particularly at a portion (12c) of the honeycomb member (12) and at the edges of the mesh members ( 14, 15).
