The invention relates principally to a method of energy supervision of an autonomous trajectory management system of a motor vehicle comprising a main power supply device and an auxiliary power supply device, characterized in that said method comprises: step of detecting an autonomous driving request (Det_cond_aut), - a step of determining an energy state (Det_et_aux) of the auxiliary supply device, - a step of determining a capacity to provide a power supply for the autonomous trajectory management (Det_cap_alim_elec) as a function of a necessary electrical power (P_elec_nec) for the management of the autonomous trajectory and of an available electric power (P_elec_disp) via a power generation by an alternator of the motor vehicle, and - a step of supervision of supply of electrical energy (Sup_four_ener) for the management of the autono trajectory me according to the energy state (Det_et_aux) of the auxiliary power device and the capacity (Det_cap_alim_elec) to provide a power supply for the management of the autonomous trajectory previously determined.
