Solar lawn lamp with scrolling light

A solar lawn lamp comprises a solar photovoltaic element 1, a lamp cover 2, an electronic circuit control board 4, a lampshade 7, a rechargeable storage battery 13 and a reflecting film 8. A plurality of circular LEDs (61, Fig. 4) provided on a circuit board 6 are controlled to rotate in a scrolling manner, and light emitted from the LEDs is refracted through the lampshade 7 to project various dynamic patterns. The LEDs may also be controlled to remain on without a scrolling function.
