Provided is a Downloadable Conditional Access System (DCAS) server, Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) terminal, and a method of providing a DCAS service that may transmit DCAS information to the DMB terminal through a first data channel, transmit a common conditional access client image to the DMB terminal through a second data channel, and transmit personalized information, associated with management of the common conditional access client image, to the DMB terminal through a mobile communication channel.
