A cage-type hyperbolic curve spring structure and a socket, wherein the cage-type hyperbolic curve spring structure is applied in a jack terminal, the cage-type hyperbolic curve spring comprising: a plurality of copper hyperbolic curve column-shaped slanted springs, which are wound in an annular form by means of laser spot welding to form a closed cylindrical annular structure, and a machine-processed body; the cylindrical annular spring structure is inserted into the machine-processed body, and then ensures that a cylindrical tapered spring does not fall off during insertion and extraction of a male and female terminal by means of a slanted riveting necking at an end portion of a thin-walled pipe, while an assembly method may be used to install an elastic C-ring at the end portion of the thin-walled pipe for compression. In embodiments of the present invention, a positive pressure of male and female terminals is ensured during opposite plug processes, which may guarantee stable contact thereof under ultra-high currents; each copper wire generates elastic deformation instead of non-plastic deformation during a process of compression, thus increasing the service life of the product and thereby extending the time of degradation of the spring. At the same time, hyperbolic spring structures may mutually overlap during the process of compression, thereby reducing the space of elastic deformation of the springs and ensuring a relatively small size.
