Device for measuring abdominal fat of a user, comprising: - a belt (10) intended to surround a part of the body of the user, - a plurality of measuring electrodes (41) which are arranged to be in contact with the user, - a casing (20) arranged to be rigidly connected to a first end of the belt (10), characterized in that the measuring device comprises at least one flexible element of the belt (10), which element is anchored on the casing and is arranged to exert a contact force of at least some of the electrodes (41) on the user.
