An object of the present invention is to provide a method for treatment or prevention of cancer, which not only exerts a great effect at low cost but also has few side effects. A combination drug containing a urinary alkalinization agent and vitamin C or a combination drug containing a urinary alkalinization agent, vitamin C and metformin for use in treatment or remission of cancer.
