An oscillator pendulum (1) for a timepiece movement comprises a serge (13), for retaining adjustment weights (2) distributed along the serge (13), as well as a first piece (3) comprising one piece a hub (5) designed to be threaded on a pivoting shaft. A second part (4) fixed to the first part (3) defines the twill (13). At least one first retaining system among the retaining systems comprises: - a hole with a guide wall (15) which forms at least one portion of a passage for a counterweight rod and which is in the serge (13), - at least one relief pattern (35) which at least partially borders the passage for the counterweight rod and which is capable of be in screw connection with a thread (25) on the counterweight rod when the counterweight rod is inserted into the guide wall hole (15), - at least one spring portion (11) positioned so that elastic deformation of this spring portion (11) occurs during a screwing of the counterweight rod in the first retaining system and is accompanied by a tightening producing a braking to be overcome to modify a degree of screwing of the rod in the first restraint system. The first part ( 3) defines the portion forming a spring (11) of the first retaining system (28). The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing an oscillator pendulum (1).
