Locking device comprising: - a support (12), - a first locking element (20) and a second locking element (30), the first locking element (20) being movably mounted on the support (12) between a locked position and an unlocked position, - an intermediate element (40) movable between a retaining position and a release position, in the retaining position the intermediate element (40) retains the first locking element (20) in the position locked, and- a shape memory element (50), the shape memory element (50) is connected to the intermediate element (40) to move the intermediate element (40) to the release position when the the shape memory element (50) is activated.
