The method of the flow measurement and the reaction flowmeter, according to the invention require the realization of two very simple specific configurations of reaction flowmeters. A first configuration is made up by association between a Reference block BR made in the form of a fixed vertical cylindrical access tube and a Sensitive block BS made either as a horizontally mobile tube curved at 90°, or as a horizontal drum, provided with two diametrically opposed tangential nozzles with opposite discharge outflows through which passes the flow of the measuring fluid.
