The upper part 17 has a top side 17, a first hole 23 through the upper side 17 for the insertion of the screw 4. A hollow diameter of the first hole 23 is larger than a diameter of the screw neck 8. The upper part 3 has a collar 24 projecting axially from the top side 17, which is arranged around the first hole 23 and is an outer diameter of the collar 24 equal to or less than the diameter of the screw head7.
