This system includes: - an interface (130); - a software library (118); - A pre-compiler (120) designed to replace each embedded SQL instruction by replacement code in COBOL language comprising a call to a routine of the software library (118) passing to the routine an instruction resulting from the embedded SQL instruction. The routine is designed to send to the interface (130) a message comprising the instruction from the embedded SQL instruction. The interface (130) is a server intended to be connected to a computer network (110) to which the device computer (106) is connected and the routine of which is a client, the interface (130) being designed to relay, as an SQL instruction, the instruction of at least one of the message or messages received to at least one base data (102) of the set.
