Provided are: a polyolefin resin modifier which is capable of imparting excellent and persistent antistatic and antifog properties to a polyolefin resin without adversely affecting the original transparency and film forming properties of the polyolefin resin and which is capable of exhibiting such antistatic and antifog properties in a short amount of time; a polyolefin resin composition comprising the modifier; a modified polyolefin resin film formed by shaping the composition; and a laminated film having the modified polyolefin resin film as at least one surface layer. A substance comprising a specific nonionic surfactant, a specific organic sulfonic acid, and a specific inorganic salt was used as the polyolefin resin modifier.
