The invention relates to a heat exchanger (10). In order to be able to temper at least one fluid particularly effectively through the heat exchanger (10), the heat exchanger (10) has at least one hollow lattice structure (12) which comprises a plurality of hollow rods (14) which are connected to respective hollow nodes (16) of the hollow lattice structure ( 12) are mechanically and fluidically connected to one another.
