PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification method selection device capable of making the contents of a notification easily recognized by the customer when notifying the customer and preventing the cost required for the notification from increasing. SOLUTION: A customer is notified based on a record of a reaction made to a print notification which is a notification by a printed matter or an electronic notification which is a notification by an electronic method, and a budget allocated for the notification.
