PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit for a human-powered vehicle in which a battery unit can be suitably attached to a frame of the human-powered vehicle, a drive system for the human-powered vehicle, and a battery unit for the human-powered vehicle. A drive unit for a human-powered vehicle includes a base portion provided with a crankshaft, a frame attachment portion provided on the base portion and attachable to a frame of the human-powered vehicle, and a guide provided on the base portion. And a guide portion, in the state where the frame attachment portion is attached to the frame, the guide portion of the frame is arranged so that at least a part of the battery unit is arranged inside the frame of the human-powered vehicle.
