PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionomer supply device for preventing the ionomer from dripping from a discharge port of a nozzle when the supply of the ionomer is stopped. SOLUTION: An ionomer supply device 1 for supplying an ionomer for a catalyst layer of a fuel cell so as to have a predetermined amount includes a nozzle 10 for supplying an ionomer A1. The nozzle 10 is formed with a first flow channel 11 that is formed along the direction in which the ionomer A1 flows down, and that discharges the ionomer A1, and a discharge port 12 that discharges the ionomer from the first flow channel 11. Further, the nozzle 10 is connected to the first flow passage 11 so that the liquid nitrogen N flows toward the upstream side of the first flow passage 11 on the upstream side of the discharge port 12, and the second flow of the liquid nitrogen N is performed.
