PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin deformable panel in which a mechanism for applying a force for out-of-plane deformation can be arranged along the surface in the vicinity of the surface. A thin deformable panel of the present invention includes a thin substrate, a contracting element having a first end bonded to the thin substrate to selectively contract, and a second direction when extended in a first direction. At least one of the pair of second peripheral edges having an extending auxetic structure is bonded to the second end of the contraction element, and between the peripheral edge not bonded to the contraction element and the pair of first peripheral edges. At least a part of the region includes an auxetic structure plate joined to the thin substrate, and when contracted by the contraction element, the auxetic structure plate and the thin substrate integrally deform out of plane.
